Pledge reports and analysis

Pledge reports

CiviCRM comes with two reports for analysing pledges:

• Pledge Detail Report shows information per contact, including amount pledged, pledge status, next payment date, balance due, and total amount paid. It is based on the Pledge Report template.
• Pledged But not Paid lists pledges that are not completed and have a due date in the past. It is based on a template with the same name.

These reports are configured to display particular information. To suit your needs, you can create a new report from the relevant report template. See Reporting Set-up for details.

The Pledge Summary Report template can be used to create a report summarising total pledge amounts by, for example, city or month of initial pledge.
